You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use NOMADR. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the service. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information (including age, gender, and photos that are actually of you) and to keep it up to date.
You agree not to:
Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
You keep ownership of the photos, bio, and messages you upload. By posting, you grant NOMADR a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for what you post.
NOMADR is an introduction tool, not a background-check service. We do not verify the identity, criminal history, or intentions of every user. Meet people in public, tell a friend where you'll be, and trust your instincts. NOMADR is not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.
NOMADR is a technology platform that lets you search and book flights, hotels, and related travel inventory through our integrated travel infrastructure provider, Duffel, which in turn connects you to airlines, hotels, and other independent third-party travel suppliers ("Suppliers").
We are not a tour operator, airline, hotel, or travel carrier. We do not own, operate, control, charter, or supervise any flight, accommodation, or transportation. When you book travel through NOMADR, your contract for the travel itself is formed directly between you and the applicable Supplier, governed by that Supplier's own terms, conditions, fare rules, and contracts of carriage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOMADR is not liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay, cancellation, schedule change, diversion, denied boarding, downgrading, overbooking, lost or damaged baggage, defect, irregularity, bankruptcy, insolvency, force majeure event, strike, weather event, government action, or other failure by any Supplier or by Duffel. Any claim arising from the actual travel service must be pursued against the Supplier directly.
All fares, taxes, fees, surcharges, ancillaries (bags, seats, meals), routings, and availability displayed in NOMADR are provided in real time by Suppliers via Duffel and are subject to change without notice until the booking is fully ticketed, issued, and confirmed by the Supplier.
A price shown, quoted, held, or even charged is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmed booking reference and the Supplier has issued the ticket or reservation. If a fare changes, a fare rule is misquoted, an inventory error occurs, or a Supplier rejects the booking, we may need to (a) re-quote the booking at the corrected price for your approval, (b) cancel the booking and refund any amounts charged, or (c) substitute equivalent inventory where the Supplier permits. You will not be charged the higher fare without your consent.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all documentation required for your trip, including but not limited to:
NOMADR does not provide visa, immigration, or travel-document advice. Denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documents is your responsibility, and the booking is non-refundable in those circumstances unless the Supplier's own policy provides otherwise.
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical, trip interruption, and cancellation. We do not sell or underwrite insurance.
Refunds, cancellations, rebookings, schedule changes, name changes, upgrades, refundability, voucher issuance, and any compensation are governed strictly by the individual Supplier's fare rules, tariffs, and contract of carriage in effect at the time of booking, and by applicable law (for example EU 261, US DOT rules, or similar local consumer-protection regimes where they apply).
Many fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. Where a refund is permitted, the Supplier — not NOMADR — determines the amount, the form (cash vs. travel credit / voucher), and the processing time, which can range from days to several billing cycles.
NOMADR may charge a separate service fee for facilitating a booking, change, or cancellation. Where disclosed at the time of purchase, our service fees are non-refundable even if the underlying Supplier refunds the fare. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to pass through and process any refund the Supplier authorizes, but we cannot guarantee an outcome the Supplier has not approved.
Premium social features (e.g. unlimited swipes, see who liked you, rewind, boost) are sold exclusively through the Apple App Store and billed by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings. Travel bookings are separate transactions and are not covered by your Premium subscription.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or behave in a way that puts other users at risk. Deleting your NOMADR account does not automatically cancel pending or ticketed travel bookings — those remain with the Supplier and must be cancelled through their published policy.
NOMADR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of Supplier-provided travel content, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOMADR's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service — including any travel booking — is limited to the service fees you paid to NOMADR (not the Supplier) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. NOMADR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed connections, or loss of enjoyment.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you in-app of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
